Positive thinking is seeing optimism in everything. No matter what life serves you, you are going to enjoy, be it candies or bitter fruits. Candies will make your taste buds go gaga while the bitter ones will detoxify you.
Life comes in ups and downs. You can’t enjoy the ups if you don’t know about the downs.
Negativity is the cause of all evil around us.

4th day she noticed, there wasn’t a single hair on her head.
That day she was happy that she doesn’t have to fix her hair.
Attitude is everything.
The Significance Of Positive Thinking
The power is you.
Because you’re the one who decides on your thinking the power of your thinking is “YOU.”
You can make a negative into positive if you’re thinking about a subject which will turn out good. You can motivate a person by your positive thinking by giving them what advice they need in that situation so that he can thing patiently and execute it.
When you begin to think positively, take it from me, you look so humble, graceful and caring. You can see yourself in the mirror just to know whether it’s correct. I am not asking to do it now so don’t look at the mirror. Start the day with positive thinking by looking at the mirror with a smile.
How Should One Have A Positive Thinking In Life?
1. Know Yourself
Only by knowing yourself, you can know your weakness and strength. Read this Chinese definition: “there are three mirrors that form a person’s reflection, the first is how you see yourself, the second is how others see you and the third mirror reflects the truth.” Try to see the third mirror. Only when you know what are your weakness then only you can understand your source of negative attitude.
2. Become Proactive
Once you understand yourself to take responsibility for everything that happens to you, stop blaming others. You and only you are responsible for your problems. That will help you enhance your character strength.
Aristotle said, “Excellence is not an act but a habit”. After reading the book ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People,’ I agree with this sentence. Habits are what defines your life. Try replacing your bad habits with good habits. Start a day with some physical exercise, read books daily, play mind games like sudoku and chess.
4. Positive Thoughts
Last but most important, your thoughts decide your action. Robin Sharma in his book ‘The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari’ said: “Your mind is like a fertile garden, let not a single weed enter into it.” Here weed means negative thoughts. Winston Churchill said, “Your thoughts are responsible for your success”. So take responsibility for every thought (step 2) that occurs in your mind, enrich your mind with positive thoughts, and it’ll affect your attitude.
Positive thinking can grow you from the inner core of your personality. It can help you grow in life to succeed.
