Just about everyone has to deal with the problem of being driven by a “second mind.” If you can control your conscious thoughts, it will make the process much easier. It is also important to understand that the subconscious mind is not always conscious.

Start by thinking about how you did get to this point. Learn what you can do to begin controlling the sub-conscious mind.
Once you know what you need to accomplish; write it down and then repeat it until you have used it consistently to get yourself to do a certain behavior. If you have problems, you will be able to target the behavior.
Your subconscious mind is powerful, but it only works when you allow it to. Which means that if you are thinking of a situation and then keep it in your mind. The behavior you are dealing with is going to repeat time again. The more you repeat it, the stronger it gets and the harder it is to get out of.
Control the sub-conscious mind, and you can change your life. It is not easy, but it is possible.
